Bighorn Railroad volunteers support with the daily operations of the Zoo's G-scale model railroad systems and locomotives and participate in the maintenance of tracks, trains, electrical\nand lighting systems, displays, buildings,\nlandscape, and much more!

      All volunteers must wear the official TLD purple shirt while working. Pants or shorts should be neutral, such as khaki, black, white, or beige. No blue jeans, sweatpants, or exercise clothing allowed.         If you are visiting on a day you are not volunteering, you and your guests must purchase admission. Guest passes may be purchased at a discount if you have a membership. During times you are volunteering, guests will still have to pay the admission fee.
